Creatine Ethyl Ester
Creatine Ethyl Ester (or CEE) combines a ester to regular creatine monohydrate. It is theorized that CEE has a better absorption rate than regular creatine monhydrate, and that it stays in the body longer. Whether this is true seems to be a matter of personal opinion as there are many claims both ways. The only downside to CEE is that it is generally not as cheap as creatine monohydrate.
